A Different Path (ADP)

Many small groups, boards, and organizations have issues that complicate getting the job done. Opinions differ, perspectives and goals clash, and everyone has a different idea on how to move forward. You've probably tried your fair-share of techniques, seminars, teams, and brainstorming. A Different Path is just that - it's different.

A Different Path uses "supported conversations" in an elicitive format to facilitate an exchange of views; to create an opportunity to hear and be heard, challenge personal limits and form new perspectives - if desired, and change the nature of the internal conversation.

ADP requires a fair amount of up-front leg-work to precisely tailor the supported conversation to the group/issue. Special questions, exercises, introspection and reflection, dialogue and exchange all play a part in the relationship and personal change experience.

The goal is to allow participants and providers alike, to move outside our comfort zone, question personal and institutional assumptions, create space for new ideas and interests, and enable action from a place of understanding and creativity.
