Problems in organizations and corporations run the gamut – from poor customer service to resource problems, from structural impediments to too much tried-and-true thinking.  In the end, it all comes down to communication: how effectively we speak and hear one another, raise concerns, define problems, make requests, and deal with differences. 

Services available to help you improve communication in your organization include Hands-On Dispute Resolution, Facilitated Meetings and Public Hearings, and Special Coaching Retreats for highly complex, inter- or intra- organizational decision-making or problem-solving.

Organizational training opportunities include:  

• Effective Listening and Speaking for Leaders and Managers including how to listen without an agenda, articulate needs and interests, work assertively, deal with emotions and value differences, and address stale thinking in the workplace.
• Dispute Resolution Skills Training where participants learn to resolve problems without relying on the power of personal suggestion.  Tools include reframing, reflection, prompting, questions, eliciting interests, summarizing, generating ideas, crafting agreements, testing decisions, and dealing with inevitable change.
• Tailored Training for customer service, client-centered, HR staff and others, to effectively elicit and identify interests, listen to grievances, deal with difficult situations, and take care of ourselves emotionally and physically.
