Mediation is all about dealing with differences: how we hear one another, handle issues we disagree on, and resolve problems. In mediated problem-solving, the mediator plays a facilitative, non-directive role, ensuring the people involved -- who know the situation best -- make their own decisions.

We specialize in the following areas:

Dispute Resolution for governments, corporations, groups, neighbors, and individuals: To clarify issues, generate discussion, facilitate problem- solving, and produce creative resolution.

Divorce and Separation Agreements: Covers property distribution, co-parenting, support, and debt division.

Training and Meeting Facilitation for small and large issues and settings: Includes effective listening/speaking, dispute resolution skills, and tailored training; facilitated public hearings, inter- and intra-organizational meetings, and small group needs.

Co-Parenting Plans for parents, together or not, interested in parenting together: Covers custody, shared time, decision-making, problem-solving, support, and all other child-rearing concerns.

Special Coaching/Retreats for special needs situations: Includes elder mediation to support care giving and decision making, high conflict or parallel parenting cases, and complex organizational decision-making.
